Exceptional
Fantastic location in a quiet little street very close to the beach promenade and pedestrian street. Very good AC that was a life saver when the temperature was over 30°C outside.

Great location, comfortable and quiet.
The location was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean. And, although It was steps from the beach and steps from dozens and dozens of cafes and restaurants, it was shockingly quiet. We will be back! We enjoyed Nice very much.
Our room door took a few tries everytime we came back to the room. Entering the code took a few tries and the card took a few tries. The door would make a noise but not unlock. But, it really wasn't that big deal.

Fab hotel , value for money
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was near to the beach in a central location . The shared kitchen was useful , it was always very clean . We would definetly stay here again .
